I had never heard of this character before I read the script for show 9, but I still had a blast designing him. You gotta love a guy who is ugly as hell but still a sharp dresser.

Simon was definitely a creepy yet cool addition to the villain roster for the show, how different is he from the comics? or is he a new character made for the show? I like how his skull is transparent lol
